Based at PureGym Aberdeen Kittybrewster — serving Aberdeen, Kittybrewster, Woodside and Old Aberdeen — he helps clients build long-term sustainable results with no quick fixes.
Fitness has always been his passion. But like most men, life got busy — work, family, responsibilities — and for a long stretch he lost his way. When he realised it was time to change things, for himself and for the people around him, he committed to making fitness a core part of his life again.
